Our Wines

Our classic Syrah wines are the backbone of our production. In football jargon, our goalie, central defender, halfback, and center forward are Rosa del Castagno, Castagnino, Il Castagno, and Cuculaia. Weather permitting, we offer each of these wines yearly, if only in limited amounts.

Alongside these leading wines, we like to create variations on a theme: Bolla Galeotta, Linfa di Syrah, and Linfa di Viognier, the latter representing the only “intruder” in our monovarietal range. These three micro-productions are even more carefully crafted than the four other artisanal wines we make!
